Overview

To celebrate Eid al-Adha, MuslimTW is organizing two separate Muslim-friendly day tours through Yilan and the “Great Northeast Tourism Union”. Both tours are specially tailored to introduce Muslim travelers to this region’s culture, food, and unique experiences. The attractive price for each tour of NT$500/person includes all admission fees, hands-on activity costs, guided tours, meals, transportation, travel insurance, and more.

Participants are asked to share their tour experiences on social media and Reels to help introduce Taiwan’s Muslim-friendly tourism environment and the unique charms of the Great Northeast Tourism Union to a wider audience. Space is limited, and registration will close when fully booked. Join us this year for a memorable Eid journey filled with cultural exchange, friendship, and meaningful experiences!

Notes

1. Space is limited. Registration closes on May 24th, 2026 or when fully booked. 
2. One registration form is required for each participant (family members, friends, etc.). 
3. Participants may register for one or both tours. 
4. Lunch is not included for children under 6 years old.
5. During the tour, all participants (except children) are requested to make at least two photo or video posts from the tour to their Instagram or FB Reels accounts (Instagram Stories not included). 
6. Participants will be asked to complete a feedback form at the end of the tour. 
7. A shuttle service to and from the tour is included. The shuttle departs from Taipei Main Station, and participants are responsible for arranging their own transportation to the shuttle pickup point. 
8. Personal expenditures and purchases made during the tour are not included in the tour price. 
9. Travel insurance will be arranged for each participant. Please provide the necessary information for insurance registration. 
10. Please remember to bring personal identification, a camera/mobile phone, sunscreen, personal medications, a prayer mat, comfortable clothing, and suitable walking shoes.
11. The itinerary may be adjusted due to weather or changes in venue availability.

Good to Know

1. Booking, Confirmation & Minimum Participants

• If the minimum participant number is not reached by 7 days before the scheduled tour start date, the tour will be cancelled and a notification will be sent by email.

2. Itinerary Adjustments & Force Majeure

• Due to Force Majeure or unforeseen circumstances, the itinerary may be adjusted or cancelled to ensure the safety of participants. Major changes will be notified promptly
• With regard to cancellations or changes requested by a customer after an itinerary has been confirmed and non-refundable costs have already been incurred, cancellation fees will be assessed in accordance with the cancellation policy stated below.

3. Accommodation & Single Supplement

• When one adult and one child share a room, the child will be charged the regular (adult) tour fee.
• When two adults and one child share a room: 
  If an extra bed is needed, the fee for the child will be 85% of the regular tour fee; 
  If an extra bed is not needed, the fee for the child will be 60% of the regular tour fee.
• Customers requesting single-room accommodations will be charged at twice the shared-room rate.

4. Transportation Regulations

• In accordance with transportation regulations, tour vehicles are limited to 10 hours of usage per day.
• All transaction and processing fees associated with refund requests shall be borne by the customer.

5. Cancellation Policy (Based on the scheduled tour start date):

• 41 days or more before scheduled tour start date: No cancellation fee. Any balance will be refunded after deducting actually incurred non-refundable costs.
• 31–40 days before scheduled tour start date: Cancellation fee equal to 10% of the total tour price.
• 21–30 days before scheduled tour start date: Cancellation fee equal to 20% of the total tour price.
• 2–20 days before scheduled tour start date: Cancellation fee equal to 30% of the total tour price.
• 1 day before scheduled tour start date: Cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total tour price.
• Cancellation on the day of departure or no show: No refund will be given and no request for rescheduling / cancellation can be accepted.
